Why We Need You

The Service Dispatcher position is a high-volume, fast-paced environment characterized by "controlled chaos." You will be managing the heartbeat of our operations, where precision and accuracy are paramount. There will be times when the call center is unable to obtain all the necessary details from a frantic customer ; in these moments, you are the investigator. You will need to dig deeper with the customer to ensure the correct technician is sent to the correct call. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing the age of the home, identifying equipment in the home that may be unrelated to the initial complaint, and maintaining a focus on the entire home as an opportunity to service the customers entire home, rather than just the face value issue a homeowner called in about. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job based on maximum capacity scheduling. 
  • Constantly monitor incoming calls and update customers with accurate dispatch times.
  • Constantly update and reschedule the dispatch board based on our scheduling model-the schedule board is fluid and moves constantly to ensure accuracy of emergency.
  • Relay accurate information to technicians to ensure proficient, quality customer experiences.
  • Update customers continually throughout the day on the technicians progress.
  • Record and report on service calls, analyzing results for management.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
