Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, demonstrate technical proficiency, and deliver excellent customer service. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently.
- Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is a plus.
- Valid HVAC license or certification.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Familiarity with applicable HVAC codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
